Our culinary team have been busy creating new healthy dishes for our well-being offer. Ways to be Well is an evidence-based health and wellness programme which aims to demystify conflicting advice surrounding nutrition, physical activity, sleep and mental health with scientific fact.
Our aim is to provide different ‘ways’ – and therefore greater opportunity - for our guests to look after themselves throughout the day and night; nutritious, biodiverse, seasonal menus are supported by nutrition sessions, sleep tutorials, exercise inspiration, stress reduction and mindfulness techniques.
For us, it is always about challenging the norm and never settling for second best; working with unapologetic foodies whose energy and desire to be the best matches our own.
